Sam Smith earns six Grammy nominations after debut album release.

Sam Smith is the first male artist in 34 years – and the first U.K. male artist ever – to receive nominations in the “big four” GRAMMY Awards® categories following the release of a debut album. As announced today, Smith’s In The Lonely Hour (Capitol Records) was nominated for Album Of The Year while his 4x multi-Platinum single “Stay With Me” was nominated for Record and Song Of The Year. Smith also received a nod for Best New Artist.

Times Music’s artist Ricky Kej nominated for Grammy award

Winds Of Samsara by Ricky Kej, the Billboard No.1 album on the New Age Music Charts released in India by Times Music in September this year has received an even greater accolade via a nomination at the prestigious 57thGRAMMY AWARDS. News of the nomination was announced by the Recording Academy on Friday, December 5, 2014.

Project Aaghorii, a debut solo music album by Vinit R. Rai, was launched on at Roost Bistro, Delhi on 4th December, where Vinit performed live for an hour long set of compositions from the album. The dates for U2’s upcoming iNNOCENCE + eXPERIENCE Tour 2015 have been announced today. The iNNOCENCE + eXPERIENCE Tour which begins in 2015,will see U2 play indoor arenas for the first time in a decade, in 19 cities worldwide during it’s first year with pairs of shows in each city. Tickets for all shows will go on general sale on Monday 8th December. In addition, special shows are being planned for Dublin for the end of next year – to benefit the U2-initiated Music Generation project - details of which will be announced as soon as they are finalised.
