The 92nd annual Academy Awards was a memorable event in the cinema world. Us and Bong Joon Ho, took home four of the six awards for his film Parasite a South Korean film . The fan-favorite underdog won Best Original Screenplay, Best International Film (which technically goes to the country, but we’re givin’ it to Bong), Best Director, and Best Picture. The film Parasite became the first film not in the English language to win an award.
