Continuing with the international-awards fever of 2018, Vh1 is all set to bring the biggest celebration of international music to Indian viewers. Airing the uber-chic and glamorous 60th Annual Grammy Awards, straight from Madison Square Garden, New York, Vh1 promises an exclusive peek into music’s biggest night.

The awards night will be aired in India on Monday, January 29 at 7.00 am, with a primetime repeat at 9 pm. With its 60th edition, the Annual Grammy Awards will mark its return to New York City, after 14 consecutive years of a splendid setup at Staples Center in Los Angeles.

This year, the 60thAnnual Grammy Awards are geared to set the stakes high with a line-up of spectacular musicians such as Lady Gaga, Pink, U2 and more. The awards night will be hosted by actor and comedian James Corden, while Kevin Frazier, Nancy O'Dell and Keltie Knight will host the two-hour Grammy Red Carpet. With performances by Cardi B, SZA, Lady Gaga, P!nk, Miley Cyrus, Kesha and Alessia Cara, the show has put together a powerhouse lineup of female vocalists. In what is sure to become an iconic Grammy moment, Miley Cyrus will take the stage with Elton John to perform one of his classic hits; just two days ahead of his tribute concert where Elton John and his writing partner, Bernie Taupin, will receive the Recording Academy President's Merit Award.

Leading the pack of nominations is the Hip-Hop superstar Jay-Z with eight nods including Album of the Year, Record of the Year, Song of the Year and more. Following him, with seven and six nominations are Kendrick Lamar and Bruno Mars respectively. Leading the femme brigade, R&B singer Sza follows close with five nominations and is 2018's most Grammy-nominated woman. Hip-hop and R&B have passed rock as the most-consumed music in America for the first time and Jay-Z, Childish Gambino and Khalid have taken center stage with the nominations. The Album of the Year contenders Kendrick Lamar, Jay-Z, Bruno Mars and Childish Gambino make up the most minority nominees since 2005.
