2018 promises a heavy dose of music lovers in India. American pop-rock act OneRepublic is heading to Mumbai this April for their debut performance in the country.

Though it is not officially mentioned on their website, OneRepublic will be performing at MMRDA Grounds, Mumbai on April 21, 2018. BookMyShow is the official ticket partner and you can register for your tickets now.

OneRepublic is embarking on a two-week Asia tour titled "Back to Asia, during which they will also perform in Singapore and the Grammy Festival in Beijing along with Pharrell Williams and James Bay. Hence in all probability their visit to India is on.

“Back to Asia” in April for a 2-week run — also we're about to announce another country added on to this mini-tour that we’ve never played before. This will be country #70 in our tour history as a band cannot wait to announce," they wrote on Facebook.

Known for hits like Apologize, Counting Stars, Kids and many more, the Ryan Tedder-led outfit continues to dominate their position as one of the most loved musical groups in the world. The Grammy nominated band formed in 1996, rose to mainstream prominence after the release of their debut album ‘Dreaming Out Loud’ in 2007, which also earned them a Grammy nomination. The band, consisting of founders Ryan Tedder (vocalist) and Zach Filkins (lead guitarist) also consists of Drew Brown (guitarist), Brent Kutzle (bassist) and Eddie Fisher (drummer). The band first fetched attention on the social networking site MySpace.
