The thunderous song Roke Na Rukenge is a clarion call for the youth to rise up  and take charge.

Adding yet another feather to his cap, celebrated music composer A.R. Rahman has composed and sung the Marvel anthem for the upcoming superhero film, ‘The Avengers: The Endgame’. The song, titled Roke Na Rukenge has been written by poet and noted music critic Nirmika Singh.

Roke Na Rukenge is a contemporary rock song with a powerful and catchy melody that carries the Oscar-winning musician’s inimitable style. Combined with Nirmika’s effortlessly bold and fearless lyrics, Roke Na Rukenge is the quintessential high - energy youth anthem. The song is slated to release on 1^st April while the film hits theaters on 26^th April.

As much as the lyrics of Roke Na Rukenge celebrate the indomitable spirit of the Avengers superheroes, they also allude to the need of the hour for young India: to rise up and take charge.

Speaking about the collaboration with AR Rahman, lyricist Nirmika Singh says “I am really grateful to Rahman Sir for his trust in my writing and offering me this wonderful opportunity. As a writer, it was an inspiring experience working with Sir, he granted me all the creative freedom to co-envision the song with him, making this partnership a creative collaboration in the truest sense. We wanted to create a song that not only resonated with the ethos of the film but also with the youth”. Apart from the Hindi anthem, Roke Na Rukenge will also be released in Tamil and Telugu versions.
