Voctronica release tribute to Justice League theme song

It is a visual treat to watch a group of people produce music without any instruments. Avinash Tewari (beatbox, bass), Warsha Easwar (vocals, brass, strings), Aditi Ramesh (vocals, brass, strings), Arjun Nair (bass, vocals), Clyde Rodrigues (vocals, brass, strings) and Nagesh Reddy (beatbox), are India’s most in-tune a-cappella band, Voctronica.

In March the band gave a befitting 'acapella' tribute to the Justice League theme song by interlacing the theme into their own fan-made trailer of director Zack Snyder's Justice League, Arjun Nair stated that actor Ray Fisher (Cyborg), Ray Porter (Darkseid) and The Official Film handle interacted, tweeted and shared this release to the world.

The actor took to Twitter and showered praises on their music video, writing, "This just made me smile from ear to ear. Thank you, @voctronica! Fantastic work #SnyderCut (sic)."

Ray Potter, who plays the villainous Darkseid replied to the tribute as well with a simple and sweet, "Wonderful." Voctronica replied to actor Ray Potter on his comment writing,  "Thanks @Ray__Porter! Glad you checked it out. We're still reeling from your delivery of "All of Existence shall be mine!" More power to you, all hail #Darkseid." Moreover,  Zack Synder's Justice League's official Twitter handle also shared their appreciation for the video with a, "Very cool. #SnyderCut" remark. Take a look at the tweets and some other reactions to the video here.

Ray Fisher was mighty impressed with Indian vocal band Voctronica's acapella tribute to Zack Synder's Justice League which released on 18th March.

While we enjoy the new Justice League Snyder Cut film that released on HBO Max and elsewhere worldwide, Indian band Voctronica has given an audio treat to mark the release of Justice League Snyder Cut. The acapella tribute video featuring DC's biggest superheroes has gone viral, with several fans of the film reacting with a big thumbs-up especially to the talent of the vocalists.

Directed by Zack Snyder, Justice League Snyder Cut stars Ben Affleck as Batman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Ray Fisher as Cyborg, Ezra Miller as The Flash, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Willem Dafoe as Nuidis Vulko, Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth among others.

For those who came in late, the band was set up by world-renowned beat boxer, Shlomo (UK), along with MC Testament (UK), Sony Music India and British Council India way back in 2011 and has had band members come and go. Comprising of a melodious blend of beat-boxers, Indian classical, pop, blues and rock vocalists, Voctronica bring to you the real power of the human voice.

Over the years the band has gained popularity across India and have further gone on to be the first and only act representing India at the Moscow Spring A Cappella Festival that hosted a 195 vocal acts from around the world.

Besides performing at many Indian music festivals, in August 2019 they were invited to Japan as the first ever Indian band to participate at the Asian Cup A Cappella competition where they won the Silver Award. Their live performance showcases a mix of originals along with popular English and Hindi covers presented in a highly interactive performance and the band has developed a sound and style that is entirely unique and undeniably infectious. Despite drawing from an eclectic set of musical genres like pop, folk, Bollywood, dubstep and electronica, the band merges their musical sensibilities to put forth one-of-a-kind interpretations of tracks across multiple genres.

The band has released loads of work from medleys of songs by Amit Trivedi, a tribute to A. R. Rahman and the most popular being the Ad Medley a retro touch on the most favorite Indian advertisements of the days gone by.
