Tender Roots Academy of Performing Arts is presenting the 3^rd edition of ‘Jazz for Kids’– a specially curated Jazz concert for school children.

Back with an exciting line-up of international musicians, the show will feature Ben Van Den Dungen, a renowned Saxophonist (Netherlands), Bas Toscani, an eminent Cornet Player (Netherlands) and Deborah Carter, the talented Jazz Vocalist (United States of America).

Over an hour, children will be exposed to the smooth sounds of Jazz, and also be acquainted with the rich history of this music. They will also have the opportunity to closely interact with the international artists, allowing them to enjoy and appreciate diverse musical cultures from the world.

Tender Roots Academy of Performing Arts, a non-profit initiative for school children that started in 2014, aims at exposing young minds to the vast heritage of the performing arts from India and the World. This is done through a mix of close, direct interactions with Indian and international artistes, encouraging young budding musicians with exposure to professional performance and concerts that are designed to introduce young ones to traditional arts in a truly engaging manner. Tender Roots has been touching children’s lives across cities like Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune and Ahmedabad.
