Justin Bieber is returning to India for his first show in the country since 2017. The singer will perform in New Delhi in October, 2022 at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium.

Bieber will perform in India on 18^th October, as part of his Justice world tour; it was announced on Tuesday. This will be Justin’s second concert in India, following his performance in Mumbai in May 2017, which was part of his Purpose world tour, and saw Alia Bhatt and many celebs in attendance.

Bieber’s Delhi gig will be the first stadium show by an international singer in India, since the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic in March 2020. This show will also be the first since U2 closed out their Joshua Tour in Mumbai in December 2019. The Irish rockers played to more than 40,000 fans at the show, which was promoted by BookMyShow and Live Nation. That gig marked one of the largest concerts by an international artist in India. This one will be the first stadium show by a foreign act after the onset of the pandemic.

As for the Bieber show, BookMyShow has opened registrations for the pre-sale of Bieber’s New Delhi gig, with tickets starting at Rs. 4,000 rupees (approx $50).

Reports say, the promoters BookMyShow is issuing around 43,000 tickets for Justin’s India visit, with tickets priced at Rs. 4,000/- onwards.

Registrations for the show are now live. The concert is promoted by BookMyShow and Live Nation, with tickets set to go on sale at 12 p.m. IST on June 4 on BookMyShow. The pre-sale window will open on June 2.

The Justice World Tour, by AEG Presents worldwide, is Justin’s first global outing since 2016-2017’s ‘Purpose World Tour’.
