Vh1 Supersonic in Bengaluru kick started the weekend with electrifying performance by pop star Anna Marie and CKay

Vh1 Supersonic 2023, India’s biggest multi-genre music and lifestyle festival, kicked off amid much fanfare. Coming back after three long-years, this edition is the biggest and the grandest. Anne Marie and Ckay in their debut tour to India took their fans on aneuphoric musical journey with power-packed performances at Vh1 Supersonic Main Stage at Bhartiya City, Bengaluru on Friday. The festival offered the best of Pop, Hip Hop, Indie and Techno music.  

UK’s breakthrough pop-star and Psycho-hitmaker Anne Marie and Nigerian singer Chukwuka Ekweani aka CKay’s took the centre stage with their chartbusters, elevating the hopes of the fans and audience. Setting the spirits high CKay enthralled the audience with his rendition of Love Nwantiti and Emiliana. The venue echoed with Anne Marie when the singer performed the biggest hits of the year like Rockabye, Summer 2002, Friends, Perfect to me and Psycho.

The international stars Anne Marie and CKay also took turns to interact with their uproaring aficionados in between their performances. The event also witnessed popular rapper HanuMankind, the Indie pop duo RANJ X Clifr and DJ Kampai adding fuel to the overall vibe with their dynamic performances at the Vh1 Supersonic 2023.

The loud cheers and enthusiasm lasted way till midnight, declaring Vh1 supersonic as a treasure-worthy experience for the indie-pop, jazz and hip-pop lovers of the city.  In addition to the lightning scenes in Bengaluru, Vh1 Supersonic 2023 Pune is also hosting five distinct stages to ramp up India’s biggest multi-genre music and lifestyle festival. 

Besides a dedicated Main Stage for Pop, Hip Hop, Jazz and Indie Pop, Vh1 Supersonic 2023 in Pune has an exclusive NEXA stage for live music. While the Reggae stage is set to pack a punch with the 10,000 Lions Sound System, the BUDX Spectrum comes with a dancefloor for Techno and House artists and will also have a special stage from India’s favourite bar, SOCIAL. They will also have a SuperStreet Arena featuring fashion wear, NFT, and augmented reality art – amongst others.
