About Global Community of Indian Music

Indian classical music is a universe without boundaries. Across the world, across the centuries, across cultures and age groups, Indian music continues to resonate in people’s hearts.

Because it is sublime. Because it touches the soul. Because it was created by people who dedicated their entire lives, even generations to perfecting their art. In today’s deafening din of crazed consumerism and short-lived genres of popular music, India’s performing arts are increasingly at the risk of becoming obsolete. We dread even to think of the day when the youth of a generation fail to access, understand or enjoy the soul enriching beauty of this art. But you can prevent that from happening, if you join forces with the group.

Global Community of Indian Music (GCIM), an initiative to create a sustainable Indian music eco-system across the world. GCIM is a mission to preserve, protect and promote various genres of Indian Classical based music.

Join the community that includes great maestros. And together take this mission forward.
