If you missed watching the live telecast of of the MTV Europe Music Awards (EMAs) on Vh1 last night, here is the full list of winners and what happened. But before that, those who watched it must tell you that you truly missed some splendid entertainment from Nicki Minaj, Ariana Grande, Alicia Keys and Ed Sheeran.

This year, Scotland was the host country for the European musical extravaganza which was held on Sunday, 9^th November. Glasgow’s SSE Hydro was transformed into a time travel machine, catapulting viewers through memories of the most outlandish moments in the MTV EMA’s 20-year history.

One Direction scooped the most number of awards, taking home three gongs for Best Pop, Best Live and Biggest Fans, closely followed by Katy Perry.

This year’s MTV Europe Music Awards were bigger than ever, as the show celebrated its 20th anniversary! It was broadcasted live from the SSE Hydro arena in Glasgow, Scotland and saw many other live acts besides those mentioned.
