Rooh Kampdi – A Fund Raising Concert For Nepal Victims

Rooh Kampdi is an initiative by Thinkerz and Tochi Raina with his Band of Bandagi to raise funds for the victims of Nepal earthquake. It will be a musical evening where Tochi Raina along with his band will enthral the audience with their own Sufi compositions.

Tochi Raina is a popular playback singer who has given many Bollywood chartbusters including Kabira (Yeh Jawani Hai Diwani), Saibo (Shor In The City), O Pardesi (Dev D), Aali Re (No One Killed Jessica), Bulle Shah (A Wednesday) and many more.

Tochi has a deep emotional connect with Nepal. Although he was born in Punjab, he did his education in Nepal as his father was posted there. He could closely relate with the earthquake victims as his relatives & friends are still staying in Nepal. As a tribute to all souls and survivors of Nepal Earthquake, Tochi made a video Rooh Kampdi which will now be a concert.

The concert is an initiative by Thinkerz. Thinkerz, founded by Rahul Kaikini and Shruti Shah Doshi is a production house with the sole purpose of promoting Indian Music and Dance. This year in July, Thinkerz will complete 5 years and this noble cause is the best way to celebrate its anniversary.

The concert is scheduled for Thursday, 11th June 2015, 7 pm at St. Andrews Auditorium, Bandra (West), Mumbai.
