India has arrived on the LIVE entertainment scene and how! From hosting the biggest EDM festival in the country - to hosting India’s biggest Indie Takeover Spiro - LIVE Viacom18, the experiential events division of Viacom18, has made sure that India becomes the ‘go-to’ stop on every international artist’s tour itinerary. Keeping its promise of breath taking and extraordinary live acts, LIVE Viacom18 in partnership with MTV Indies is all set to bring none other than legendary Slash ft. Myles Kennedy & The Conspirators as the headlining artist for the latest edition of ‘MTV Indies Extreme’ - India’s one and only rock music and adventure sports festival.

Rock fans and adrenaline junkies, buckle up, as the biggest, baddest, boldest music and action festival ever is coming to town this November! The festival will be held in Mumbai on 7^th November, 2015 followed by Bangalore on 14^th November, 2015. The tickets for the same will be available from 25^th September, 2015.

The band members are Slash, formerly of Guns N Roses, Velvet Revolver, and Slash’s Snakepit; and Myles Kennedy, (lead vocals), an American musician and singer-songwriter best known as a member of the rock band Alter Bridge. Todd Kerns (Bass & Vocals), Brent Fitz (Drums), and Frank Sidoris (Vocals & Guitar) round out the line up. Voted second of the ‘Ten Best Electric Guitar Players of All-Time’ by Time Magazine, Slash is a celebrated rock guitarist, songwriter and film producer who has amassed album sales of over 100 million copies. Garnering a GRAMMY Award and seven GRAMMY nominations, Slash was inducted into the ‘Rock and Roll Hall of Fame’ in 2012. The band will be promoting their new album World on Fire, which will be released in India in October via Sony Music. World on Fire is Slash's second studio album featuring Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators.

Excited about their first India tour, Slash said, “I'm really looking forward to taking our World On Fire tour to India for the first time ever at MTV Indie Xtreme.”
