One of the world’s largest and most successful dance music festivals, Sunburn marches into another season with a massive city festival planned for Mumbai, New Delhi, Bengaluru and Hyderabad.

Following the success of Sunburn’s 3 other editions – Mumbai, Delhi & Bangalore, since the last two years, one of the World’s largest dance music events has already spread its wings far and wide – and this November, is yet again, on its way to Mumbai, New Delhi and Bengaluru and adding onto the list is Hyderabad for the debut time.

With Sunburn City Festivals, the electronic dance music brand aims to deliver and sustain a groundbreaking high decibel experience to festival goers throughout the year leading up to the flagship edition of the festival which takes place in Goa each December.

The event will kickstart on the 12th of November in Bengaluru followed by Mumbai on the 13th, Hyderabad on the 14th and culminating in New Delhi on the 15th. This festival will be a product extension of the much-loved Sunburn Goa, one of the biggest music festivals globally and is a part of the season 9 campaign – “On The Road To Sunburn Goa 2015.’’

The eclectic line-up will feature R3HAB, DJ Snake, Chuckie, Matisse Sadko, Shaan, Sartek, Joshi, Mojojojo and DJ SA_. Sunburn City Festivals 2015 will create a festival feel from Goa 2015 complete with multiple experience zones, numerous multi-cuisine food stalls, cocktail bars, flea market and experience stalls like kite flying festival, mechanical bull, stilt walkers & walk-around artists.

The event will deliver the world's best in technology, mind-blowing visuals and state of the art production in great synchronisation.  Music lovers can expect to witness a festival at par with a global festival. With a great mix of popular and underground music, this will be a festival for the true dance music fan, for whom music is a way of life.

The lineup so far includes: 

R3hab: Fadil El Ghoulbetter known by his stage name R3hab, is a Dutch DJ and record producer of Moroccan origin. Alongside Afrojack, and Chuckie, R3hab is one of the proponents of the modern "Dutch House" subgenre, although his style and sound at the time were usually darker, somewhat reminiscent of early psytrance or gabber compositions. During the 2012 WMC in Miami, USA, R3hab won the IDMA Best Breakthrough Artist Award. He has toured India last year with DJ Hardwell at Sunburn Arena! Some of R3hab’s hits are Revolution, Samurai.

DJ Snake: French DJ, rapper and producer who mixes hip hop and electonic music DJ Snake is a Grammy - nominated producer and artist who debuted into the international scene with singles hits "Bird Machine" and "Turn Down for what" in 2013."Bird Machine" is collaboration with fellow French act Alesia. DJ Snake was labelled as an "Artist to Watch" by Fox Weekly. 

DJ Chuckie: Having risen to fame with chart successes such as ‘Let The Bass Kick’ and ‘Aftershock,’ Chuckie’s career has continued to develop thus turning him into a global phenomenon who never fails to win over legions of fans with his upfront approach to making and playing music.

Mattise And Sadko - Their singles Hi Scandinavia, Svenska, and Amulet have been supported by the best DJs & producers in the business and included in their major festival sets and radio shows. Their collaboration with popular Russian project Swanky Tunes and Hard Rock Sofa, Chemistry, was praised by major house and progressive artists such as Avicii, Swedish House Mafia, Dirty South, Tiesto and Armin Van Buuren. And their beloved single Trio (feat.Arty) was released on Axwell’s label, Axtone Records

More than just a music festival, Sunburn has nurtured the electronic music culture in India. Sunburn Goa is ranked as big as Tomorrowland and Ultra Miami Festival as per IMS APAC Business Report 2014. With a beginning in 2007, Sunburn is a synergy of music, entertainment and lifestyle that attracts music tourism in India and has spread its wings across the globe to Sri Lanka in 2012 & Dubai in 2013. The first ever Sunburn festival in 2007 attracted a crowd of 2,000. Last December, Sunburn Goa was attended by almost 3,00,000 people. In 2014 alone, 96 Sunburn events were held across India; overall 7,00,000 people attended them.
