One of the world’s largest and most successful dance music festivals, Sunburn brings to India another massive Sunburn arena tour chalked out for Mumbai, Pune, New Delhi, Chennai and Kolkata. An extensive tour phenomenon over 2 weekends, for the first time ever in India.

The Sunburn Arena is a format created under the brand umbrella of Sunburn, a brand by Percept Live to cater to dance music enthusiasts in various cities and play host to some of the top DJs in the world. In the past years Sunburn Arena has hosted world renowned DJs like Hardwell, Deadmau5, Armin van Buuren, Swedish House Mafia, Dash Berlin and Avicii to local shores.

The Mumbai edition of this five city tour, set to enthrall music lovers, is the third edition of the Smirnoff Experience Music Festival. Curated by Sunburn, the music festival is ready to once again give Indian fans a stellar experience, with the undisputable frontrunner of Electronic Dance Music (EDM), Afrojack, as the headlining act. Die-hard fans of the Dutch sensation will get to enjoy his high-powered performance with cutting-edge audio-visual production that the music festival is known for.

The Dutch music giant Nick Van De Wall is coming back to India! Known popularly via his renowned stage name - Afrojack, the recipient of two Grammy Awards, returns to local shores once again to grace the iconic Sunburn Arena for a colossal 5-city national tour over 2 weekends back to back. With his talent continuing to be sought-after, Afrojack is one of most notable and iconic names in electronic dance music today. At only 26 years of age, he has made a large impact on the music industry and is a key player in the worldwide explosion and popularity of EDM. Afrojack will look to bring the party to the Indian subcontinent as he brings his famous style of Dutch, Progressive & Electro House into the heart of his Indian fans.

Talking about his much-anticipated gig, Afrojack said, “It’s always amazing to play for my Indian fans, they’re a super energetic bunch! This is my second time in the country and I'm twice as excited headlining Smirnoff Experience with my troupe. I can’t wait to hit the stage and give my fans an EDM experience like never before!”

The tour will be propelled by the “A TEAM”, the official social community for Afrojack fans in India, an initiative to connect the fan with the artist. The community will also feature ‘AMBASSADORS’ who are on the leader board for “A TEAM” activities. Fans will be treated to a host of interactive activities like live chats with the artist, private dinner and after party indulgences with the artist, exclusive merchandise, backstage hangout with the artist and gaming sessions with the artist.

The event will cater to two weeks of non-stop madness, kickstarting on the 27th of November in Delhi NCR followed by Pune on the 28th of November, Mumbai on the 29th of November, Kolkata on 5th of December and culminating in Kolkata on the 6th of December. This festival will be a prelude to the much-loved Sunburn Goa, one of the biggest music festivals globally and is a part of the season 9 campaign – “On The Road To Sunburn Goa 2015.’’

The event will deliver the world's best in technology, mind-blowing visuals and state of the art production in great synchronisation.
