Universal Music artsits score high at 2016 Grammys.

Universal Music won big as a number of its artists took the stage at the much awaited Grammy’s yesterday and swept most of the most coveted awards.

One of the most talked about performances of the night was by Kendrick Lamar who took home a whopping five trophies including the awards for Best Rap Performance, Best Rap Collaboration, Best Rap Song and Best Rap Album. The other big winner was Taylor Swift who picked up the   Album of the Year, Best Pop Vocal Album for “1989” and the Best Music Video for Bad Blood which she won with Kendrick Lamar.

The Weeknd walked away with the honors for Best R&B Performance for Earned It and Best Urban Contemporary Album for “Beauty Behind The Madness”. He also wowed the crowd with a high-energy rendition of his global smash Can't Feel My Face making a transition into his new single In The Night.
