The Grammy awardee maestro of mohan-veena (Hindustani avatar of the slide guitar), Vishwa Mohan Bhatt, has a virtuosity thatis unparalleled.His vocabulary spans the worlds of both Indian classical and jazz / world music, which has resulted in numerous path breaking cross-cultural collaborations.
Mohini Dey, the young electric bass player prodigy, has already carved a formidable name for herself in the world of contemporary music. She is constantly challenging musical definitions and all this, well before the age of 20.
With strong roots in Hindustani and western classical music, Gulraj Singh is a bright young star on the musical horizon. As a vocalist and keyboard player he has lately made explorations into Sufi and Contemporary Indian styles.
This vibrant musical quartet dominated by string instruments, will create rich and exciting soundscapes.

He is the Musical Director for all of Oscar winning composer, A.R.Rahman’s Live Concerts and holds the coveted ‘throne’ as Drummer for world renowned Guitar legend John Mclaughlin & The 4th Dimension band.
Born into a family steeped in Indian classical music and dance, melody and rhythm has always been an integral part of Ranjit’s life, and he started playing at the age of 12, encouraged by his mother, the legendary Kathak dancer, Sitara Devi. His early career saw performances with Louis Banks & the Jazz Yatra Sextet, the great Pandit Ravi Shankar, the maestros, (late) Don Cherry & (late) Charlie Mariano. His unique approach to drumming has seen collaborations with Maestro Zakir Hussain, including A ‘Masters of Percussion’ US Tour in 2004., Carnatic classical legends, Maestro U. Srinivas and Guru L. Subramaniam, Hindustani slide guitar master exponent Pandit Vishwa Mohan Bhatt, sarangi legend Sultan Khan Sahab, ghatam maestro Pandit ‘Vikku’ Vinayakaram, Khanjira exponent Selva Ganesh, among many other noted artists. His work / performances with the Western greats have included unique collaborations with renowned artists such as Bill Evans, Scott Kinsey, Jonas Helborg, Ayden Esen, and Tim Garland.

Vishwa Mohan Bhatt (slide guitar)
Vishwa Mohan Bhatt also known as V. M. Bhatt (born 27 July 1950) is Grammy-winning Hindustani classical music instrumentalist who plays the Mohan Veena (slide guitar).
Bhatt is best known for his Grammy award winning album A Meeting by the River with Ry Cooder released on Water Lily Acoustics label. He is also known for other fusion and pan-cultural collaborations with Western artists such as Taj Mahal, Béla Fleck and Jerry Douglas. Exposure such as an appearance on the 2004 Crossroads Guitar Festival, organized by Eric Clapton, allows his playing to reach a larger audience. Guitar duet release with Guitarist Kapil Srivastava (guitarmonk founder) [5] in the year 2016 for the composition Merry Love Rain.
Folk musician Harry Manx, who studied with Salil Bhatt and Vishwa Mohan Bhatt for five years, plays a Mohan Veena. Counting Crows' Bassist Matt Malley also plays a Mohan Veena and is a student and friend of Vishwa Mohan Bhatt. Australian Musician Lawrie Minson also learnt Mohan Veena from Salil and Vishwa Mohan Bhatt.
