The short clip appeared to come from Blue's first birthday as the youngster popped some cake to Jay-Z as they all wore shiny party hats.

Beyonce stared down adoringly at her only daughter as she looked gorgeous in a leopard patterned head wrap, dangling earrings and a purple party hat. There was even older footage of Beyonce and Jay, now 46, getting matching 'IV' tattoos on their ring fingers. The number is very special to the couple as they were married on April 4 and Bey and Jay's birthdays are September 4 and December 4, respectively.
