With the movie plot surrounded by 5 dysfunctional and contrasting characters set in a village of Goa, the State’s tourism body was chosen to be the perfect destination partner keeping in mind Goa is the world’s only tourist destination that has the maximum contrasts in the smallest geographical space.

Shemaroo Entertainment Limited, (the “Company” or “Shemaroo”) is entering the capital market with an initial public offering of equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each for cash, aggregating upto Rs. 12,000 lakhs.
