Asim Azhar is a young singer, song writer and guitarist who started his career by recreating covers of popular tacks. Having keen interest in music since his early years Asim, grew up listing to both - Indian and Western music. Today, he is particularly known for his pop music. Asim took YouTube by storm, when he released the cover of Ed Sheeran’s ‘A Team’ with an Urdu twist in 2013. He earned praises from all quarters for the track and Ed himself tweeted words of praise for the song. In 2013, Asim went on to release his first track titled ‘Sun Le’ after which he travelled the globe for live performances which made him very popular with audiences. 

He further earned recognition when he lent his voice to a drama serial, Pagli for which he recorded a special track ‘Mahi Aaja’. He sang the same track this season on Coke Studio.  Asim Azhar was the youngest artist to feature on Coke Studio. He has been featured on Coke Studio twice once in 2015 with ‘Tera Woh Pyaar’ with singer - Momina Mustehsan. The track instantly become a big hit and crossed over 100 million views on Youtube.

Azim has now collaborated with VYRL Originals and will be releasing a new track Jo Tu Na Mila which will be releasing on 20^th November’18.
