Rapper, dancer, judge and philanthropist, Raftaar is a man of many talents. With a string of successful songs to his credit and having made the nation dance to his tunes, the uber cool boy of Bollywood debuts on MTV Beats as the face of the upcoming show Swag On.
The show that was launched on 26th January, Swag On with Raftaar, sees him upping the music quotient and offer ultimate doses of entertainment for 2 hours, every Saturday and Sunday 7pm to 9pm.
Spanning over multiple segments, Swag On with Raftaar couples music with unique conversation and candid segmentsaroundRap Music, Fan reactions, a take on Trollers and a personal view on social issues and all that’s happening around. While one segment sees Raftaar taking on social issues prevalent in the country in ‘Mudde Ki Baat’, the other segment, ‘Trending Songs’ throws light on the top songstrending right now.The third segment will see the Rap star putting his creative expertise to good use with ‘Rap-chits’, wherein Raftaar raps instantly on a word thrown inby his fans.
The show will also have the quirkiest ‘vaar’ for all the trollers with ‘Raftaar Ka Vaar’ and the fifth segment will let his fans pour their hearts out with ‘Pyaar for Raftaar’. But that’s not the end. The last segment will have Raftaar shoot questions during every episode in a fun Contest, giving viewers an exciting chance to win prizessigned by the Rap Star himself.
