R.D Burman fondly remembered as Pancham Da was all about music and the best one at that. His life was all about tunes, melodies and his love for music. This June, 92.7 BIG FM presents Yaadon Mein Pancham - a unique offering to celebrate his passion and dedication towards the art and his contribution to the music industry. Pancham da fans will be treated to this unique on-air concert everyday at 5pm between 23^rd June to 25^th June 2014.

Popular artists like Rahul Vaidya, Shilpa Rao, Abhijeet Sawant, Leslie Lewis, Shankar Mahadevan, Shaan and Band of Boys will pay their tributes to the music maestro by performing on some of his best songs on-air through the week. This will also be supplemented by entertaining interviews with RJs across the 92.7 BIG FM network in India as they join in to make the concert all the more enjoyable for their listeners! Right from his soulful compositions with Gulzar Saab and Kishore Kumar to folk tunes modernized with western rhythm instruments, his music will be reminisced and celebrated in the lead up to his 75^th birthday. Additionally Bhupinder, one of Pancham Da’s closest friends will start the celebration on 22^nd June Sunday with an exclusive interview on Caravan-e -Ghazal with Talat Aziz  with a special focus on his journey of ghazals and never heard before stories of the music legend.
