The fifth edition of India's leading music and digital entertainment conference, Nokia Music Connects, is being held at the ITC Grand Central in Mumbai on 26th-27th November 2013. The conference is co-produced by Music Matters (Hong Kong) and leading Indian media company Indiantelevision.com's Radioandmusic.com.
The theme of the two-day-long conference is ‘Redefining Entertainment – Personal: Social: Mobile’. The digital delivery of entertainment and proliferation of platforms, devices and delivery mediums has put all the power in the consumer’s hands. Today, he likes what he wants to consume to be delivered when he wants it, how he wants it and where he wants it. What challenges does this power shift - where the consumer is really at the centre of it all - mean for the various elements of the entertainment ecosystem? This year’s Nokia Music Connects will take a hard look at the challenges and opportunities faced by all the players of the digital ecosystem.
Speakers at the conference include regulatory heads, music label honchos, advertising gurus, heads of leading digital platforms, corporate heads as well as top notch creative professionals from the music industry, both from India and abroad.
