Over 75 leading music artists join hands for a day-long live concert – One Nation

On Thursday 30th April 2020, YouTube will present One Nation, a day-long live online music concert that takes inspiration from the spirit of solidarity driving India’s fight against COVID-19. The event will bring together more than 75 renowned YouTube creators and music artists, live streaming their performances from their homes, as social distancing norms stay in force across the country.

Headlined by India’s most loved artists like Badshah, Neha Kakkar, Jubin Nautiyal, Raftaar, Shreya Ghoshal, Mame Khan, Malini Awasthi and YouTube creators like Bhuvan Bam, Prajakta Koli, Ashish Chanchlani and Zakir Khan, One Nation will go live on 30th April at 1 pm on YouTube and will feature sets from different parts of the country including Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and folk music. 

Badshah, one of the key artists in the lineup for One Nation, said, “It's difficult times but I hope we come out stronger and more empowered from this situation. Till then, it is important for us to understand our responsibility and practise social distancing and do our bit to help the world.

Mostly Sane aka Prajakta Koli, one of YouTube’s best known creators said, “I feel so proud of being a part of a community that time and again comes together to do what’s right. YouTube as a platform is using its reach and impact to help and it is my privilege to be a part of this.
