Mallika Mehta is a singer-songwriter and a performer from Mumbai. She has been titled the ‘Adele of Mumbai’ by leading international media. Mallika believes that every song has a story and that’s exactly what she does- tries to tell stories through her music. Stories one can feel, connect and heal with.

Mehta once again brings out an emotionally charged song in Keh Bhi De that has been written and composed keeping in mind the frustration, desperation and restlessness one feels when their lover does not accept or admit their feelings inspite of being in love. Keh Bhi De is a very simple yet a very important facet of an array of emotions, ‘tell the person you love, that you love them’.

Confessing feelings changes everything and clarity gives one the chance to create and build on something that is beautiful. “It's been written acoustically on the keyboard but is a very dramatic song in terms of lyrics and melody. So while producing it that element of passion yet frustration in the music was brought on by drums, piano and strings.” states the Mallika who has opened for industry maestros like Kailash Kher and Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy and has also had 2 solo concerts in Mumbai known as ‘Rhythm’ and ‘Fusion’.

Mehta is proficient in singing in 5 languages Hindi, English, Gujarati, Punjabi and Spanish. As someone who is incredibly passionate about music and marketing she chose to study both, making her an alumna of Berklee College of Music, Boston, Harvard University, Kellogg University and NYU.Mallika has a 4 track English EP called ‘Evolve: The Story of Her’ and 3 singles called Way Too Long, Kahan Hai Tu and Kaafi to her name.

Like much of her earlier work mentioned here, this song too is slated for super success. The song releases on 24^th June 2021.
