The 6th edition of Red Bull BC One Cypher India is back this year, but with all-digital qualifiers. Entries were through the participants’ own Instagram feed, tagging @redbullindia and using the competition hashtag (REDBULLBCONEIND21). There was only one round, so from all the valid entries Red Bull receives, the judges selected the top 16 b-boys and top 4 b-girls.
These 20 will battle at the Cypher India, which we’re looking to do on-ground in Mumbai on the 4th of September, but without an audience. Red Bull BC One All Stars B-Boy Wing and B-Boy Junior, along with B-Girl Sarah Bee will judge the Red Bull BC One Cypher India, as well as the qualifiers in the most prestigious one-on-one breaking competition in the world, for a chance to represent India in the Last Chance Cypher at the Red Bull BC One World Final in Gdańsk, Poland, on November 5 and 6.
The Judges:
Hailing from South Korea, B-Boy Wing started breaking at the age of 12, with his older brother Skim being his biggest inspiration. Over the years, he has won several global breaking championships, including the Red Bull BC One World Final in 2008.
French breaker B-Boy Junior is one of the most well-known names in the breaking scene around the world. Famous for his handstand acrobatics and incredible strength, B-Boy Junior battled a disability at a young age to become a hugely successful global breaking icon.
Born in France to Algerian parents, B-Girl Sarah Bee started breaking at the age of 11. Today she’s one of the most sought-after B-Girls, regularly travelling the world to judge and participate in competitions, hold workshops and more.

The winners – one b-boy and one b-girl – will travel to the 18th Red Bull BC One World Final, which, for the first time ever, will be held over two days in Gdańsk, Poland, on November 5 and 6.
With breaking being confirmed as a sport for Paris 2024 Olympics, there will be even more interest in this year in Red Bull BC One that showcases the best in breaking from around the world.
