Coming fresh from the mainstream film Bhramastra's title track success DEV, Mumbai-based rapper-actor SlowCheeta aka Chaitnya Sharma is back with his first release of 2023, his latest belter titled Dhokebaaz.

Taking cues from his own life experiences and putting them in hard-hitting rhymes that connect with the listener, SlowCheeta comes strong again making him one of the key rappers of the Desi Hip Hop scene. SlowCheeta is a clever artist, who likes to wrap his sharp words in easy-going sound, presenting them to the audience sometimes almost in disguise. Sitting at this interesting intersection his vibe and storytelling connect and pull in both, new and revered fans of the hip-hop community garnering the love of his peers and fans.

With his signature gritty vocal delivery and captivating rhymes SlowCheeta yet again takes the listener on a journey we all can relate to. Often the biggest cheerleader of his loved ones, SlowCheeta celebrates those who have stuck by him, through the highs and lows -  no matter what. Dhokebaaz was sonically, lyrically and visually conceptualised by SlowCheeta away from his usual uplifting vibe to a more grungy, dark and edgy direction to dip into the emotion the song that truly encapsulates, adding further layers to the rhymes that take you to that place and stick with the listener.

Produced by drummer-producer Shwetang Shankar who has often collaborated with SlowCheeta on previous releases like Kripya Dhyan De, Dhai Kilo Bakwaas, Mai Chala making them a match that delivers something fresh every time.
