Bharat Swamy (Agni webbed) an Indian artist and ex member of India’s prolific Rock band – Agni, recently released Cry of the Valley a song that he wrote and composed in 1991.
Swamy is best known as the founder and the lead singer/Composer and Songwriter of the band specializing in Rock music.
The song talks about the issues and troubles undergone by the beautiful state at the top of our country. It’s a clear condemnation of the atrocities committed in that state and is a wake up call to people to restore it to its original beauty and glory, in a peaceful manner.
“The song is also a tribute and salutation to the Indian army personnel, who have relentlessly strived and bravely defined our Borders” chips in Swamy, while adding that the song aptly needs to be felt to admire its patriotic appeal and pain in totality.
The song captures Bharath’s amazing and soulful vocals/lyrics and the instrumental melody of the band to a higher level of music appreciation.
The genre which Agni webbed meander through is also being termed as rock and soul.
The other releases of Agni webbed are Tears of Fire, Monster Within – 1, Open Page, Monster Within – 2, all of which are available on all major digital platforms.
