The 1990s saw the emergence of some amazing rock bands from the Pune rock circuit, Agni the band which pioneered the rock movement in the city was at the forefront and their claim to fame was their Originals which had received acclaim from all corners of the country.
Bharath Swamy the Singer, Songwriter, Composer and lead vocalist of the Band Agni has now revived his rightful musical talent and is now embarking on a series of concert nation wide to promote his upcoming album ‘Unleashing The Monster’.
Bharath Swamy is no stranger to the rock fraternity and his talent and live stage performances of the 1990s still remain close to many a rock enthusiasts heart.
This solo venture of his with a bunch of extremely talented musicians is just the initiation into the LIVE music sector after his haitus of nearly 25 years.
This movement and revival of AGNI as AGNI webbed has been ably presented by SALSA49 aka Navin Salian, who incidently produced and released the album ‘Wind Dance With Fire’ in 1993 through his company Virgo Music Co.
The music being presented now in 2023 can be aptly termed as Rock n Soul which still has a flavor of the band’s initial compositions and Indianized feel to it.
Agni now commences their tour “UNLEASHING THE MONSTER” with their first concert in Mumbai.
