Their music can certainly be considered a veritable musical tale of two cities. Founded in the culturally diverse city of Mumbai, the Indica Project has continually explored the rich canvas of sounds found throughout this exuberant metropolis.

With the aim of bringing a wide range of sounds rarely heard outside of India to a global audience, Storms and Wood, the founders of the Indica Project, have sought out some of the finest musical practitioners in New York City to create a truly original and international sound. In the spirit of collaboration and friendship, this collection of music represents an emerging 21st-century trend – Conversations among cultures.

This is a story of travel and exploration looking for that unique sound. Interacting with artists from all over the world in the melting pot of cultures and excellence that is New York, developing their own sound in this genre became their journey and eventually, they found what they were looking for, a perfect and seamless expression of Mumbai and New York speaking the same language.

On this journey, the band learned so much about music and life, and made some eternal friendships that they consider greatest treasures.

This body of work is dedicated to the memory of Tony Cedras.
