The vibrant city of Mumbai is all set to host Mumbai Drum Day India Unlimited, an annual celebration of the rhythm and spirit of Indian percussion.

A concert dedicated to the Drum set is curated by Percussion Genius Gino Banks son of legendary pianist Louiz Banks.  Mumbai Drum Day is in its 7th Edition after the resounding success of the first 6 editions. This year Mumbai Drum Day has a great line-up of performances. The concert will be held on Friday, 21st February 2025, at 6:30 PM at St. Andrews Auditorium, Bandra. Mumbai Drum Day 2025, is a one-of-a-kind concert, music enthusiasts will embark on a journey across India. This year, the event will bring together some of the biggest names in the global percussion world, including Legendary Trilok Gurtu, Gino Banks, Joshua Vaz, David Joseph, Suyash Gabriel, Jivraj Singh, Manjunath Sattyasheel, and leading keyboard exponent Sangeet Haldipur as a special guest.

Eminent Artists including Legendary Trilok Gurtu, one of the most revered percussionists in the world, known for his innovative fusion of Indian and global rhythms, will lead the musical journey with his exceptional skill and mastery. Gino Banks, a percussion genius and one of India’s finest drummers, will add his unmatched energy and rhythm, elevating the performance to another level. Joshua Vaz, a renowned percussionist from Mumbai, will bring his deep understanding of Indian rhythms, presenting a perfect fusion of traditional and contemporary beats. David Joseph, Suyash Gabriel, Jivraj Singh, and Manjunath Sattyasheel will join the ensemble with their unique styles, contributing to a seamless flow of rhythmic diversity that spans across Indian musical traditions.
