Bajaao celebrates the greatness of guitars

Music company Bajaao is going all out to celebrate International Guitar Month this April 2016. To mark the occasion, Bajaao has curated a special collection of guitars, basses, guitar amplifiers and accessories on their website. Starting in 1987 as an annual celebration of all things guitar, International Guitar Month is dedicated to guitarists all over the world. Every April, guitarists and music aficionados from around the world gather to recognize both the instruments and the talented musicians who bring them to life. There are plenty of special events and concerts taking place around the world this month.

Bajaao has also recently launched a premium guitar zoneon its website, which is a collection of the most sought after high-end guitars in the market today. The collection includes top brands like Fender, Ibanez, ESP, Schecter, PRS, etc. The collection is populated with the Ibanez Prestige series, Fender Stratocaster and Telecaster guitars, some beautiful Martin and Fender acoustic guitars, and more. The premium zone also has some great signature guitars like the Ibanez JEM7V Steve Vai Signature guitar, the Sterling by Music Man JP60 John Petrucci signature series guitar, the Schecter Jeff Loomis 7 FR and many more.

Bajaao has also created complete guitar bundle packages to encourage young guitar players to get everything they need when they start off.

On April 30, Bajaao will conduct a live webcast featuring Mumbai’s young guitarist virtuoso Nishith Hegdeof bands like Demonic Resurrection, Albatross and The Minerva Conduct and bassist Roop Thomas of hard rock act Blakc and ATM to conclude the International Guitar Month. This will be streamed live on YouTube, so anyone can tune in and watch the webcast. The musicians will talk about their guitars and the tools they use to enhance and complement their playing style, before answering live questions from the viewers through Facebook and Twitter.

For a whole month from the 25th of April, Bajaao will host a ‘Lord of the Riffs’ contest, inviting young guitar players to send in short videos playing their favourite riff, solo or song on their guitars. The winners stand a chance to win signature guitars, effects pedals and other exciting prizes.

Bajaao’s online webzine focuses on guitars all this month, with guitar-oriented buyer’s guides, comparison articles and tech tips. Through informative articles on the zine, Bajaao is giving customers enough room to choose the right products after reading well-researched articles put together by their music experts. Bajaao is also releasing product review videos online under Bajaao Select, and all the videos this month are focusing on top selling products related to guitars like the Ibanez GRG170DX Electric Guitar, the Line6 Pod HD500X multi-effects guitar processor, the Cort AD810 acoustic guitar, etc.

Commenting on International Guitar Month, Suman Singh, CEO, Bajaao said, “The guitar is probably the most popular musical instrument in the world. For this International Guitar Month, we’re focusing on the entire spectrum of guitars, from high-end guitars to essentials like amplifiers and guitar accessories. We’re also going to be doing a number of activities around the guitar, especially a live webcast with some prominent guitarists and bassists and a contest where customers can win their own signature guitars!”
