Hailing from a small town in Jammu and Kashmir, SHIVV brings to us the new age sound of patriotism. At the very young age, SHIVV is all set to give Vande Mataram, our national song an electronic makeover.

He says, “Over the years I wanted to give something back to my country and we approached Viraj Bahri who is an amazing young singer from Delhi. His vocals fit perfectly to what I had in mind. I'm very proud of what it is and I hope Indians see it the same way that I do.”

The artiste who is inspired by the works of Skrillex and A R Rahman started exploring his possibilities with Electronic music and became the first Asian to play at the Ultra Music Festival. To mark the celebration of 69 years of Independence, SHIVV's Vande Mataram is available across all digital and mobile services, exclusively on Times Music.
