Music is transcendent, resplendent and universal but when performed in memoriam it is magical and touches the soul. Perfect Harmony Productions is delighted to announce the first concert for Sarod Ghar, "Notes for Hope".

The evening will feature performances in a very unique symphonic format by stalwarts Ustad Amjad Ali Khan, his sons Amaan Ali Bangash and Ayaan Ali Bangash, Suresh Wadkar, Anup Jalota, Rekha Bharadwaj and Deepak Pandit.

The concert celebrates the diversity, grandeur and glory of Indian classical music. The event is held in aid of "Sarod Ghar", birth place of Ustad Amjad Ali Khan in Gwalior which has been converted into a museum now. The museum houses a collection of old and contemporary instruments, belonging to great and illustrious musicians of the past, on which they pursued their unparalleled musical journey. All the proceeds from the concert will go towards the upkeep and maintenance of the Sarod Ghar.
