Sony Music’s Raunaq’s 2nd single to be introduced in a never seen before 4K version.

After a star-studded launch of Sony Music’s album – Raunaq, a collaboration between the legendary A R Rahman and the multi-talented Kapil Sibal, Hon’ble Minister of Law & Justice and Communications & Information Technology, Government of India, the album’s most touted song AaBhiJaa will be introduced in a never seen before  4K version of video exclusively on YouTube.

AaBhiJaa is a visual delight that has artistry inspired by Raja Ravi Varma's paintings. The video features the beautiful Yami Gautam and Muzammil Ibrahim that harkens back to the days of dynasties ruling India. Rendered by Jonita Gandhi, the song is a mellow and slow track that blends seamlessly with Mr Sibal’s poetry. Depicting loss and separation, the video is beautiful and heart-wrenching at the same time.

Elaborating on the video being introduced for the first time in 4K-Ultra High Definition version exclusively, A R Rahman said, “We wanted this video to be in a format that gives viewers a visual delight as the essence of the video is taken from Raja Ravi Verma’s paintings. I am sure fans world over will enjoy.”

Adding on Sanujeet Bhujabal, Marketing Director Sony Music India said, “It’s a first in India and we are extremely excited to be launching this video that will be available for viewing from Friday March 14th onwards. This version has not been used even in Bollywood films and watching a video in this Ultra High Definition format is an immersive experience in itself”

The video is produced by YM Movies Pvt. Ltd and will be available by Friday March 14th 2014.
