After being asked by the remaining Beatles, Ringo and Paul, along with Yoko Ono Lennon and Olivia Harrison, to make experimental mixes from their master tapes. Sir George Martin, The Beatles legendary producer, and his son Giles Martin worked hard with the entire archive of Beatles recordings to create ‘LOVE’ which is also the title of the highly successful ‘Cirque du Soleil’ show, a co-production with Apple Corps featuring the music of the Beatles, currently wowing audiences in Las Vegas. The album is a series of well-known Beatles songs augmented by additional instrumentation and vocals.

The single disc consisting of the audio CD is manufactured in India, while the CD and DVD (combo) an import and is available separately. You could have Ringo Starr drumming in the track Within you, Without you with Tomorrow never knows or Yesterday beginning with Paul McCartney’s guitar strokes from Blackbird these being just a few instances of the reworking done on the album. The album has a collection of 26 tracks all reworked specially for the LOVE album. Don’t miss out on the inlay card that has a fab pictorial of the ‘Cirque du Soleil’ show and is a treasure to keep.

The 5.1 disc is a DVD-Audio/DVD-Video hybrid. The audio is presented in high-resolution 96/24 5.1 surround on the DVD-Audio part of the disc. The DVD-Video part carries 5.1 surround in DTS and Dolby Digital and is a treat for the Beatle fan.

The result of this recording will give a chance to Beatle fans that will spend hours of fun enjoying the roller coaster experience of listening to the album whilst also trying to spot where all the extra pieces of music come from.
