‘Stripped’ is the first live release from Christina Aguilera, and documents her sold out shows at Wembley Arena during her first-ever European tour.
Most of the songs performed are from her multi-platinum album ‘Stripped’, but there are three songs from her debut album. So you have her all time favorites like Genie In A Bottle which is given a rockier twist, where Christina sings just a verse followed by a chorus. There’s Come On Over sung acoustically, which sounds even better than the original and a funkier version of What A Girl Wants, albeit short.
In all, there are 17 tracks on it, including some cool video sequences of Stripped Intro Part 1, Loving Me 4 Me and Stripped Intro Part 2. The rest of the tracks are, Dirrty, Get Mine Get Yours, The Voice Within, Can't Hold Us Down (without Lil' Kim), Contigo En La Distancia/Falsas Esperanzas, Infatuation, Impossible, At Last, Lady Marmalade, Walk Away, Fighter, ending with Beautiful. She also add a song At Last a song originally done by Etta James, one of Christina's favourite singers.
Christina's first world tour was top line to say the least. The show is very good, has several dancers, the production was flawless and the stage is also good. Down the years all her albums have been topnotch and I simply love her music. Her voice sounds like she was sent from the angels above. Those triple high notes are just out of this world. The body language, the dancers, the back-up vocalists, all give out cent percent performances and are to their best. Christina has a vocal range and power that is phenomenal. She performs, struts, dances in a display of pure entertainment. Her voice, her costumes, her dancing are amazing.
Make sure the audio is cranked for this immersive live experience to actually feel like you're there.
